On November 15th, over 500 people came out for the 9th Annual Beaujolais & Beyond Festival featuring the release of the Beaujolais Nouveau. The event was held at the Sherman St Event Complex in Denver and featured a Culinary Competition sponsored by the Colorado Chefs Association, ACF chapter. ACF Colorado judges and guests recognized chefs who best exemplified the French flare cuisine.
