There are several volunteer opportunities throughout the year including helping to plan and prepare for events, administrative tasks and securing donations for our silent auctions.  Whether you have only 1 hour to volunteer or 10 hours, we can work with you to find a task that fits your schedule.

Sales Projects

Beaujolais and Beyond Festival .

Skills needed: Independent worker, excellent writing skills, organized, experienced with MS Excel and MS Word, comfortable on the phone, comfortable asking for donations, ability to create and stick to a schedule.
Time Commitment: 15-20 hours (estimate)
Description: Create MS Excel spreadsheet of potential donors to the Raffle, wine participants and Restaurants. Create a game plan of how to ask for more participations and more donations and follow up, keep track of all contact in the MS Excel Spreadsheet
Benefits: Depending on total time spent on he project, you can earn free tickets to the Beaujolais event on November 21,2013.

Almost everything need to be done at home and meeting will be organized to update information.
