Bastille Day FAQs & Policies

What do vendors need to bring to Bastille Day?
Vendors must be self-sufficient, bringing their own tables, power cords, furniture, products, and décor.

Are there specific tent requirements?

Coming soon! For now we have no specific requirements and encourage all vendors to join the waitlist.

Display and Signage Standards

  • Vendors are encouraged to display products professionally, maintaining cleanliness in their spaces. Failure to comply may result in selling privileges termination.

  • RMFACC will provide complimentary display signs to all attending vendors. These will be used to display business names on the front of each tent, to create a seamless and cohesive appearance.

  • Food samples must comply with health and safety regulations, both state and local. Food vendors must provide trash receptacles for the disposal of any sampling materials such as cups, spoons, or toothpicks, and appropriate disposal of grease and food debris.

  • Product and signage must be contained within the selling space unless otherwise approved by RMFACC.

  • Each vendor is required to leave the space clean at the end of the day. Vendors must remove all residue or waste products, as well as signs, tables, etc. at the end of each day.

Will electricity and Wi-Fi be available during Bastille Day?
Electricity will be available for all vendors but WiFi will not be provided. Please be prepared to accept sales in offline mode for credit card sales, or to use your cell phone as a hotspot.

Vendor Load-In:
Accepted vendors will be notified with more detailed load-in instructions at least two weeks prior to the event.

When will I be notified if my application has been accepted or not?

Our team selectively reviews your waitlist application and ensures that your business meets our event requirements. We will notify you as quickly as possible upon revision of each application.

Cancellation Refund Policy

Vendors have 48 hours after acceptance to cancel. After this period, no refunds will be issued, but booth fee credits can be applied to future events.

What if a vendor cancels within two weeks of the event?

Cancellations within two weeks of the event will not receive a refund or credit.

Is insurance or a business license required to be a vendor?
Yes, you will need proof of business insurance (event-specific or general liability) in order to vend at our events. Please add the French American Chamber of Commerce Rocky Mountain Chapter 7701 E 1st Place Unit A, Denver, Colorado 80230 as an additional insured on your policy. You can acquire per-event insurance HERE. Proof of insurance is required to be uploaded upon signing the Vendor Agreement. In addition, each vendor is responsible for having the appropriate business and sales tax licenses for the jurisdiction of the event (city and state).

What is the plan for inclement weather?
The event will take place come rain or shine, with exceptions for extreme weather.  Vendors should prepare for sudden rains, and the French American Chamber of Commerce Rocky Mountain Chapter may alter market times based on weather conditions.

Any questions about weather plans should be addressed to RMFACC via phone or email.

Professionalism and Safety

This is a family-friendly event.

  • Profane, foul, abusive, discourteous, and boisterous language and/or conduct at or about the events is strictly prohibited.

  • Use or possession of drugs, gambling, or possession of firearms at or about the market area is strictly prohibited.

  • Fraudulent, dishonest, or deceptive merchandising, disruptive behavior, or collusion to set prices among vendors may be grounds for forfeiture of the right to do business of any kind at RMFACC events for a length of time to be determined by the French American Chamber of Commerce Rocky Mountain Chapter.
