What chefs will need to provide:
700+ bite-sized portions of their dish
Any table decorations and Marketing Material*
Hot box, chafing dishes and serving dishes
Utensils for serving, knives, cutting board, towels, water, soap, and sanitizer
Extension cords to plug their appliances
Certificate of General Liability Certificate Holder
Authorized: hot plates / microwaves / double boilers / heat lamps / crock-pots
Not Authorized: appliances for grilling / baking / broiling / smoking / frying / sautéeing / searing
