Join us for the official launch of the Disciples Escoffier USA – Colorado Chapter, an evening honoring culinary excellence, mentorship, and the legacy of Auguste Escoffier.
This inaugural ceremony brings together Colorado’s leading chefs, hospitality professionals, and culinary supporters for a curated food and wine experience, featuring tastings from top local chefs and thoughtfully selected wines and champagne.
The evening will also include the formal induction of the first Colorado Disciples Escoffier, recognizing chefs who exemplify craftsmanship, leadership, and commitment to the culinary arts.
In keeping with the charitable tradition of the Disciples Escoffier, event proceeds will benefit Kids First Health, supporting children’s health and wellness programs in our community.
What to Expect
Each ticket includes a voucher for 1 glass of wine and 1 glass of champagne and access to the buffet provided by local Disciples Escoffier Colorado Restaurants.
