Bibamba Artisan Chocolate

This month's RMFACC Member Spotlight introduces Bibamba Artisan Chocolate, an award winning, family owned chocolatier based in Denver, Colorado, and a proud member of the French American Chamber of Commerce Rocky Mountain Chapter.
Founded by husband and wife team Patrick and Mara Tcheunou, Bibamba brings a true farm to bar model to the Colorado chocolate scene. The couple sources single origin cacao directly from their own family farm in Cameroon, then handcrafts every bar, bon bon, and truffle in small batches at their factory inside the Edgewater Public Market. It is a rare level of vertical integration that lets Bibamba control quality and ethics at every step, from the cacao pod to the finished gift box.
That commitment has not gone unnoticed. Bibamba has earned three Good Food Awards, a Slow Food Snail of Approval for sustainable practices, and was named Denver's Best Chocolatier by Westword in 2026. The brand also holds a 4.9 star average across more than 300 verified reviews, with customers praising both the quality of the chocolate and the personal story behind it. Each Bibamba gift arrives with a small card sharing the family's journey, adding a personal touch that reflects the company's values.

The product lineup spans dark, milk, and white chocolate bon bons, truffles, sea salt caramels, chocolate barks, and curated collections, with vegan, gluten free, dairy free, and soy free options available for every kind of chocolate lover.
For RMFACC, Bibamba is a wonderful example of the entrepreneurial spirit and cross cultural connection our chamber celebrates, a Cameroonian family farm meeting Colorado craftsmanship, built on transparency and care.
