Benjamin Grajzgrund

Benjamin has 20+ years of experience in the real estate and finance industries. He lives in Denver with his Mexican-American wife where they are raising their two little boys in a multi-cultural environment. Benjamin is a Vice President at Cresa - one of the world's leading commercial property and real estate services advisers - where he represents international companies (mainly French Companies) in their real estate matters.

Prior to that, he was in Geneva (Switzerland) leading teams in commercial real estate and capital markets for 10 years. An active member of the CCI France-Switzerland, Benjamin was also on the executive committee of the Lake Geneva Region association, which aimed to develop cross-border relations.
