Originally from Lille, France and in the USA since 2008, Julien founded La Belle French Bakery in 2016. Early 2020, facing COVID, Julien had a vision of pivoting La Belle French Bakery from a wholesale to an omnichannel retail bakery, still developing the wholesale business, thereby creating a direct relation with consumer. His ambition is to bring traditional French bakery up to modern time, explore viennoiseries, bread and pastries as an infinite field of creation, but without taking away anything from its soul.
The Board Members of the RMFACC judged that Julien’s entrepreneur temperament and uncanny talent make him the right person to revive the Chamber and lead its expansion.
