Parfait & Co. is proud to use exclusively Valrhona brand of luxury chocolate made purely from cacao beans. Valrhona has been producing the world's finest chocolate in the small town of Tain-l'Hermitage in Hermitage, France, a wine-growing district near Lyon since 1922.  Parfait Co. incorporates other high-quality products, as well as, top quality all natural French purees in all their desserts.

Delicate rose Earl Grey infused white chocolate mousse complimented with soft biscuit enhanced with the same tea blend and paired with aromatic raspberry confit, accompanied with a fine crunchy layer to create an ultimate combination of texture and carefully balanced flavor. An enchanting dessert for a colder season with its warm tea infusion and reminiscence of summertime inspired by raspberry flavor and rose petal aroma.
