As a Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering Manager, I leverage my expertise in product design and production support gained from my current role in aerospace and highly regulated industries, and my previous experiences in lean manufacturing. My track record includes successfully leading design and manufacturing engineering teams, driving new product and process introductions, facilitating knowledge transfer, and demonstrating a genuine curiosity for diverse industries, products and new technologies. In my current position, I oversee design and documentation, collaborating with international cross-functional teams and leading engineers across multiple sites in France, India, and the US. I also engage with customers, subcontract engineering tasks, select suppliers and materials, and ensure qualifications and compliance verifications are performed by analysis and testing. In phase-gate development processes and during design reviews, I will contribute my expertise in manufacturing and testing to introduce design changes that enhance lead times, safety, quality, reliability, manufacturability, and cost while adhering to project schedules and budgets.
