MEET OUR FRENCH OFFICIALS:
- Martin Klam, based in San Francisco, is the Economic Counselor at the French Embassy in the US. Martin is in charge of fostering economic relations with the West coast in the USA after over 15 years as excecutive in the Ministry of Finance.
- Clémence Chapoutot, based in DC, is the Deputy Economic Counselor at the French Embassy in the US. Clémence is in charge of foreign investments after over 10 years working in economic diplomacy at the Ministry of Finance.
