Bastille Day French Fest will take place at Fillmore Plaza - Cherry Creek Denver from July 12th to 14th.
 
Market Hours:
07/12: 2pm to 6pm
07/13: 12pm to 6pm
07/14: 12pm to 6pm
 
Vendor Fees: $490 for a 10x10 booth.
Per the request of Cherry Creek North, all tents need to be identical, as well as the front sign.
Your vendor fees include the 3-day festival booth, rental of a 10x10 festival tent with set-up and tear down, and a personalized front sign. Vendors will be responsible for bringing their own table(s), chair(s), and products. No need to bring a tent, as we are covering the charge for you.
 
Insurance:
You must be insured to attend the event as a vendor. If you don't have insurance coverage, please let us know. We can recommend you some affordable coverage options.
 
Denver Sales Taxes:
Please be aware that as a vendor during the Bastille Day French Festival, you are solely responsible for filing and paying any and all sales taxes associated with your sale of items during the event.  Non-local and pop-up vendors can refer to this site for more information.  By participating in the event, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the French American Chamber of Commerce for any and all losses arising out of or related to your failure to pay appropriate sales taxes.
 
Food Safety (for Food Vendors):
Please note that as a food vendor during the Bastille Day French Fest, you must be in possession proper licenses from the City and County of Denver and the State of Colorado as required for your particular business to participate in the event and to sell your products to consumers.  By participating in the event, (i) you represent and warrant to the French American Chamber of Commerce Rocky Mountain that you have, or at the time of the event will have, all such proper licensing, and (ii) you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the French American Chamber of Commerce for any and all losses arising out of or related to your failure to be properly licensed.
