Tyler Thiret

Tyler Thiret is a corporate attorney with 6+ years of experience in mergers & acquisitions, venture capital and start-up company work.  He brings a wide range of knowledge and practical experience in the many legal hurdles companies face from their initial founding, through their growth stage, to successful exit transactions.

Tyler attended the University of Notre Dame for his undergraduate degree and spent a year in the international exchange program at Sciences-Po Paris.  After receiving his law degree from UCLA in 2017, Tyler spent 5+ years in the New York City office of Paul Hastings LLP in the corporate practice, where he worked on M&A transactions worth several billion dollars in the aggregate, as well as over 60 unique venture capital transactions.  He now works as Legal Counsel for Extend, Inc., a start-up in the product protection space.

Born and raised in Colorado, Tyler has a heritage of French-American entrepreneurs in his family, beginning with his grandfather, who moved to Denver from France in the early 1950s and went on to start multiple successful businesses.  Tyler is honored to be able to contribute to the French-American community in Denver and across the Rocky Mountain region.
