Sacha Francois

Executive Director

Sacha is a Colorado native with French and French-Canadian heritage. He brings a strong background in marketing, nonprofit leadership, and French-American collaboration. Sacha previously worked in the health tech sector, leading strategic marketing and business development efforts, and securing significant funding for innovation-focused startups. He has been recognized as a 40 Under 40 leader by Medical Marketing Magazine.


Sacha most recently served as Executive Director of Denver Sister Cities International, where he led international festivals, municipal exchanges, and delegations, including numerous collaborations with French cities. With over 12 years of experience with the Brest Committee (Denver’s French sister city), he is passionate about building bridges between France and the U.S. He also served on the national board of Sister Cities International and is currently part of the next-gen program with the United States Global Leadership Coalition.


At RMFACC, Sacha is focused on growing membership, elevating member value, empowering regional chapters, and producing high-impact events like the Bastille Day French Festival and Beaujolais Nouveau. He is committed to building a connected network of French and American businesses across Colorado, Arizona, Utah, and Wyoming.
