GOUDY'S PÂTÉ EN CROUTE
Pate en croute (or pie-crust) is a meat pie baked in a pastry or a pastry with jelly on top.
It is made with pork, duck breast, shallots, salt, pepper, cognac, Porto, nutmeg, eggs, garlic, flour, Thyme, Bay laurel, butter, pommeau, pistachios. Porcini and green pepper.
