Danlerockeur's Bilingual Rock Voyage

On Sunday afternoon of Bastille Day: French Fest 2025, one voice transported us through time and across continents: Danlerockeur. Performing under the summer sun with a setlist rooted in the golden era of 60s and 70s French rock—with flashes of reggae, folk, blues, and even American classics—Dan brought his signature bilingual energy to Cherry Creek North.

From Gainsbourg-style swagger to Stones-inspired guitar lines, his music carried the crowd through a nostalgic and soulful sonic voyage. Sung in both French and English, his songs offered a bridge between cultures, inviting festivalgoers to experience the global heartbeat of rock ’n’ roll with a touch of French.

But Dan was also the unsung hero behind the scenes. Serving as our dedicated sound engineer for both Saturday and Sunday, Dan kept the vibes dialed in and the stage humming. His technical expertise and commitment ensured that every act from DJs to fashion shows to gypsy jazz quartets, sounded their absolute best on Fillmore Plaza.

Born between two worlds, Dan is a dual citizen of France and the U.S., raised between New York and San Francisco. Now based in Colorado, he brings global influences and local soul to every stage he graces. With international tours (including for American military audiences) and a deep love of performance, Danlerockeur is the real deal—an artist who knows how to play and how to listen. Merci, Dan, for both the music and the mix.
