Le Bilboquet Denver Joins the Culinary Competition at the 27th Annual Beaujolais & Beyond in Colorado

Denver (10/25/25) — The French American Chamber of Commerce - Rocky Mountain Chapter (RMFACC) is delighted to announce that Le Bilboquet Denver, the acclaimed French bistro in Cherry Creek North, will compete in this year’s Culinary Competition at the 27th Annual Beaujolais & Beyond: A Night in Monte Carlo on Thursday, November 20, 2025, at ReelWorks Denver.
At the helm of Le Bilboquet Denver’s kitchen is Executive Chef Sosthène Kaboré, whose journey from West Africa to New York and Atlanta reflects a lifelong devotion to French cuisine. Before leading Denver’s culinary team, Chef Kaboré spent eight years as Executive Chef at Le Bilboquet Atlanta, perfecting his mastery of French technique and global inspiration. Today, he blends that tradition with locally sourced Colorado ingredients to create dishes that are both refined and heartfelt.
Guests at Beaujolais & Beyond 2025 will have the opportunity to sample Le Bilboquet’s featured tasting and cast their vote for their favorite chefs as part of the festival’s Culinary Competition, which honors creativity, presentation, and pairing with Beaujolais Nouveau.
