Event Recap: Savoring French Flavors & Connections in Denver

What an unforgettable evening we shared at Noisette with our wonderful Colorado community!

Hosted by the Rocky Mountain French American Chamber of Commerce, our networking event brought together members, professionals, and friends from Denver’s French-American business community for a night of lively conversation, shared passions, and culinary delights.

Nestled in Denver’s vibrant LoHi neighborhood, Noisette provided the perfect backdrop with its warm, stylish ambiance and authentic French charm. Guests were treated to a guided tasting led by General Manager Matthew Leach, exploring three exquisite wines: Domaine Mosse Chenin Blanc, Les Maisons Brûlées Gamay, and Domaine le Facteur Sparkling Vouvray. Each sip was beautifully complemented by a special foie mousse with cherry compote and house-made brioche prepared by Executive Chef and Owner Tim Liu, alongside Noisette’s other fantastic offerings.

Throughout the evening, laughter and engaging conversations filled the space as new connections were formed and ideas were exchanged. It’s events like these that remind us of the power of community and the shared passion for bridging cultures and fostering business relationships between France and the United States.
