ABOUT NICOLE REDFERN Nicole Redfern, founder and principal consultant, brings 25+ years of experience holding leadership roles in IT, finance, operations, and client services. Nicole is able to pull from a broad network of experts to extend her team. Nicole is an avid Francophile and wine enthusiast. She spent a year in Rennes, France during college and loves traveling to France to explore the wine regions, food, and culture.
