Denver, CO (11/07/25) — The French American Chamber of Commerce – Rocky Mountain Chapter (RMFACC) is proud to announce that Bibamba Artisan Chocolate, Denver’s award-winning bean-to-bar chocolatier, will be featured in this year’s Culinary Showcase at the 27th Annual Beaujolais & Beyond, taking place on Thursday, November 20, 2025, at ReelWorks Denver.

Now in its 27th year, Beaujolais & Beyond is Denver’s signature French food and wine celebration, uniting more than 650 guests—including business leaders, artisans, and culture enthusiasts—for an evening of tastings, entertainment, and connection. The annual event honors the release of the Beaujolais Nouveau while benefiting RMFACC’s mission to strengthen French-American business and cultural exchange across the Rocky Mountain region.

Founded by Patrick and Mara Tcheunou, Bibamba Artisan Chocolate was born from a love story that bridges continents — with roots in Denver and a cacao farm the couple established from scratch in Cameroon.

They began farming cacao, plantains, and coffee in 2015, harvesting their first beans in 2020 and crafting their own line of chocolates in Colorado soon after. Today, Bibamba produces premium, fair trade, non-GMO chocolate made entirely from their own beans and sustainably sourced ingredients, transforming them into rich dark-chocolate barks, milk-chocolate creations, and innovative confections like their signature “Chocolamy” (Chocolate Salami).

“Bibamba represents everything Beaujolais & Beyond stands for — craftsmanship, culture, and connection,” said Sacha François, Executive Director of RMFACC. “Patrick’s passion for both his product and his impact is an inspiring example of how food and tradition bring people together across continents.”

Guests at Beaujolais & Beyond 2025 will have the opportunity to sample Bibamba’s chocolate creations during the evening. Tickets and sponsorships for Beaujolais & Beyond 2025 are available now at www.rmfacc.org/beaujolais-beyond
