Bistro Vendôme Returns to the 27th Annual Beaujolais & Beyond with Chef Tim

Denver, CO (11-12-25) — The French American Chamber of Commerce – Rocky Mountain Chapter (RMFACC) is thrilled to welcome back Bistro Vendôme, Denver’s beloved French bistro in Park Hill, for its return to the Culinary Showcase at the 27th Annual Beaujolais & Beyond, taking place on Thursday, November 20, 2025, at ReelWorks Denver.

Now celebrating its 27th year, Beaujolais & Beyond is Denver’s premier French food and wine celebration, bringing together more than 650 guests — including business leaders, chefs, and culture enthusiasts — for an evening of tastings, wine, entertainment, and community. The event honors the annual release of the Beaujolais Nouveau while supporting RMFACC’s mission to strengthen French-American business and cultural exchange across the Rocky Mountain region.

Located in Denver’s Park Hill neighborhood and inspired by Paris’s Place Vendôme, Bistro Vendôme captures the heart of a true French bistro — intimate, welcoming, and refined. Founded by Chef Tim Kukilinski, the restaurant is renowned for its modern take on classic French fare using local and seasonal ingredients. Signature dishes include French onion soup, steak frites, coq au vin, and duck confit, alongside brunch favorites such as crêpes and croque madame. The bar features a curated selection of French wines and inventive cocktails that pair beautifully with the menu.
