Celebrating the Inauguration of the Disciples Escoffier USA Colorado Chapter

On Tuesday, February 24, culinary professionals, hospitality leaders, and gastronomy enthusiasts gathered in Denver for the inauguration of the Colorado Chapter of Disciples Escoffier USA, a prestigious global culinary society honoring the legacy of legendary French chef Auguste Escoffier.

Led by RMFACC Member, Chef Yvan Héraud, who is spearheading the Colorado chapter, the evening celebrated culinary excellence, mentorship, and the enduring values of French gastronomy. Guests enjoyed a curated tasting experience from local chefs along with wine and champagne tastings, culminating in the official induction ceremony recognizing chefs and supporters who embody the Escoffier spirit.
Chefs Honored with the Red Sash
Professional chefs were inducted with the Red Sash, awarded for their dedication to the Escoffier Spirit: sharing knowledge, honoring culinary traditions, and maintaining excellence in their craft.
