French Fashion Show Struts Style at Bastille Day

Strike a pose, Denver! The Bastille Day: French Fest 2025 runway came alive with personality, panache, and Parisian flair on Sunday, July 13 at Fillmore Plaza. Presented by Fashion Denver, this free community fashion show was anything but ordinary. In true French Fest spirit, the event celebrated liberté, égalité, créativité through bold, beautiful, and unexpected fashion statements made by Denver’s most imaginative designers.

Set to an energetic soundtrack by DJ Boyhollow—who spun a smooth blend of French house, disco, and electro-pop during the show—the runway transformed into a vibrant celebration of style and sound. The fashion was fierce, the beats were fresh, and the crowd was all in.

This was a celebration of culture, creativity, and community. Attendees filled the open-air plaza, cheering as each model took to the stage wearing unique, handcrafted designs that interpreted the essence of French style with a distinctly Denver twist. From playful sophistication to historical drama, the show featured something for every style sensibility.

What began as a handbag business has evolved into a fashion force that uplifts Denver’s style scene through workshops, markets, and mentorship.

From stripes and berets to avant-garde silhouettes, the French Fashion Show reminded us that style is about storytelling, community, and joy. It was a stunning conclusion to an unforgettable weekend celebrating French culture in the heart of Cherry Creek North.
