RMFACC President Victor Ducoulombier Represents the Rocky Mountain Region at French Economic Stakeholders Seminar in Washington, D.C.

Last week, Victor Ducoulombier, President of the French-American Chamber of Commerce – Rocky Mountain Chapter (RMFACC), attended the Seminar of French Economic Stakeholders in the United States at the French Embassy in Washington, D.C.

Bringing together leaders from across the North American French economic network, the two-day seminar served as a strategic forum to discuss the U.S. economic outlook, evolving transatlantic relations, export acceleration strategies, investment attractiveness, and the 2026 “Team France” roadmap.

Organized by the Embassy of France in the United States, the seminar convened representatives from Business France, the Conseillers du Commerce Extérieur de la France (CCE), La French Tech communities, and chapters of the French-American Chamber of Commerce network from across the country.

The discussions emphasized coordinated efforts to support French companies’ growth in the United States while strengthening bilateral trade and investment flows. Particular focus was placed on aligning regional ecosystems with national economic diplomacy strategies under the “Team France” framework.

Victor Ducoulombier’s participation highlights RMFACC’s active engagement at the national level and reinforces the Rocky Mountain Chapter’s role as a strategic gateway for French businesses entering or expanding within Colorado, Arizona, Utah, New Mexico, and Wyoming.

As transatlantic economic ties continue to evolve, RMFACC remains committed to connecting regional business leaders with national and international partners, ensuring that French and American companies alike can access opportunities, visibility, and long-term growth across the Rocky Mountain region.

Through continued collaboration with federal institutions, trade advisors, and innovation networks, the Chamber strengthens its mission to connect, promote, and develop the French-American business community locally and globally.
