Each brings an international perspective, diverse professional experience, and a strong interest in advancing French-American business and community connections throughout the Rocky Mountain region.
Based in Colorado, Kirstyn Hejtmanek is an internationally minded professional with a background in Global Business Studies and a minor in French. Her global outlook has been shaped by living in Belgium, traveling throughout Europe and Mexico, and working at Walt Disney World—experiences that strengthened her communication skills, adaptability, and people-first mindset. Recognized for her leadership and collaborative approach, Kirstyn is focused on enhancing the RMFACC membership experience and supporting the growth of the French-American community in Denver through meaningful cross-cultural engagement.
Nino Collias is based in Arizona and is a Master of Global Management student at the Thunderbird School of Global Management at Arizona State University. He brings hands-on experience in logistics, supply chain management, and digital marketing, with a background in entrepreneurship and global operations. With a working knowledge of French and a strong interest in international business, Nino is eager to support initiatives that strengthen collaboration between French and American professionals. He approaches his work with a practical, execution-focused mindset aimed at creating sustainable opportunities for networking and growth.
Also based in Arizona, Hank Allston is a senior at Arizona State University majoring in Finance, with a minor in Spanish and additional studies in French. Originally from the Dallas, Texas area, Hank has experience in wealth management and brings strong analytical thinking alongside creative problem-solving skills. Passionate about languages, cultural exchange, and international business, Hank is motivated to help facilitate collaboration between French and American companies and add value to their organizations.
RMFACC is grateful for the energy, skills, and global perspectives Kirstyn, Nino, and Hank bring to the team. Their contributions will play an important role in supporting the Chamber’s mission to connect, promote, and develop French-American business relationships across Arizona, Colorado, and the broader Rocky Mountain region.
