Pop the pink and raise a glass! On Saturday, July 12, and Sunday, July 13, Bastille Day: French Fest guests stepped into summer sophistication with Drink Pink: Rosé Wine Pairing Experiences, a curated, sommelier-led tasting that transported attendees straight to the South of France.
Under the breezy tasting tent at Fillmore Plaza in Cherry Creek North, guests were guided through a seated flight of elegant French rosé wines, hand-selected and presented by Certified Sommelier Sara Moll, founder of Vin Social. Each sip was artfully paired with gourmet seasonal bites from Le Bilboquet Denver, a neighborhood favorite known for its refined French cuisine — including chilled gazpacho, charcuterie selections, and rich chocolate mousse.
Drink Pink was an education in flavor, terroir, and effortless French pairing. Attendees discovered the diversity of rosé styles, from pale and crisp Provence blends to fuller, fruit-forward pours. Each wine was introduced with insights into its region, production methods, and the story behind the bottle. The setting was elevated by thoughtfully styled seating and lush floral arrangements from Paris Bouquets, completing the immersive South of France ambiance.
Drink Pink was made possible thanks to the generous support of our event partners and sponsors: Vin Social, who produced the experience and led the tasting; Le Bilboquet Denver, who provided the culinary pairings; Paris Bouquets, whose floral designs brought French elegance to the tent; Blend Wine and Spirits and Vin Market, who curated the rosé selections; and Evian and Perrier, who kept guests cool and refreshed with premium still and sparkling water.
