Denver, CO (October 2025) — The French American Chamber of Commerce – Rocky Mountain Chapter (RMFACC) is pleased to announce that Frank & Roze Coffee Company, a cornerstone of Denver’s specialty coffee culture, will participate in the Culinary Competition at the 27th Annual Beaujolais & Beyond, taking place on Thursday, November 20, 2025, at ReelWorks Denver. Beaujolais & Beyond stands as Colorado’s premier French food and wine celebration, drawing more than 650 business leaders, chefs, and community members together to honor the release of the Beaujolais Nouveau while spotlighting Colorado’s culinary talent.
Founded in 2019 at Denver’s 9+CO development, Frank & Roze Coffee Company has quickly become a cornerstone of the city’s all-day café scene. The concept was created by Brenda Godfrey, a real estate and hospitality veteran, in collaboration with Chef Tom Coohill, whose French culinary background adds depth and artistry to the café’s seasonal menu.
At Frank & Roze, everything is made in-house, from scratch — from brioche breakfast sandwiches and smoked salmon tartines to fresh-baked pastries and seasonal small plates — all complemented by exceptional specialty coffee roasted exclusively by Frank & Roze. The result is an elevated yet welcoming café experience where coffee, food, and community come together seamlessly.
Pastry Chef Whitney Mangen, who will be representing Frank & Roze at Beaujolais & Beyond 2025, brings two decades of experience and a deep passion for the art of French pastry.
Her love of food and cooking began early and continues to drive her every day. She hopes guests will experience “a little taste of France” through her creations and share in the same joy that inspires her work.
Frank & Roze recently announced the opening of a second Denver location at 494 E 19th Avenue in Uptown, set to open by the holiday season. The new café will feature a larger kitchen and full bar, expanding their offerings to include brunch and evening cocktails—continuing the brand’s evolution as a destination for community and connection.
“Frank & Roze brings a modern, approachable spirit to this year’s Beaujolais & Beyond competition,” said Sacha François Heppell, Executive Director of RMFACC. “Their passion for craftsmanship and community perfectly captures the energy of Denver’s next generation of French-inspired cuisine.”
Guests at Beaujolais & Beyond 2025 will have the opportunity to sample Frank & Roze’s featured creation during the Culinary Competition and vote for the People’s Choice Award. Tickets and sponsorships for Beaujolais & Beyond 2025 are available now at www.rmfacc.org/beaujolais-beyond
