The French-American Chamber of Commerce – Rocky Mountain Chapter (RMFACC) is proud to announce the addition of Renata Contogiannis and Elise Hamann to its Board of Directors, strengthening the Chamber’s leadership with deep expertise in public sector strategy, international economic development, and cross-border collaboration.
Welcome Renata Contogiannis
Renata Contogiannis brings a strong background in analytics, foresight, and strategic decision-making shaped by her leadership within the City & County of Denver and Denver International Airport. Her experience in highly regulated, complex environments adds valuable perspective to the Board as RMFACC continues to grow its impact across the Rocky Mountain region. Renata’s global outlook and disciplined approach to governance support the Chamber’s mission to drive clarity, alignment, and measurable outcomes for its members.

Elise Hamann
Elise Hamann joins the Board with extensive experience in international investment attraction and economic development through her role at the Colorado Office of Economic Development & International Trade (OEDIT). With a career focused on Foreign Direct Investment, market entry, and strategic partnerships—particularly with French and Francophone companies—Elise brings a strong bridge between government, global business, and the private sector. Her international background and on-the-ground experience across Europe, Africa, and the United States further enhance RMFACC’s ability to support companies operating across borders.
Victor Ducoulombier, President of RMFACC, shared:
“We are thrilled to welcome Renata and Elise to the Board. Their combined expertise in public service, data-driven strategy, and international economic development will be invaluable as RMFACC enters its next phase of growth. They embody the thoughtful leadership and global mindset that our Chamber stands for, and we look forward to working closely with them to expand our impact across the Rocky Mountain region.”
French-American Leadership Across the Rockies
RMFACC continues to strengthen its Board with leaders who reflect the Chamber’s mission: connecting, promoting, and developing a dynamic French-American business community across Colorado, Arizona, Utah, New Mexico, and Wyoming.
