La Belle French Bakery Showcases Authentic Pastry Craft at the 27th Annual Beaujolais & Beyond

Denver, CO (11/10/25) — The French American Chamber of Commerce – Rocky Mountain Chapter (RMFACC) is delighted to announce that La Belle French Bakery, founded by French pastry chef Julien Renaut, will participate in the Culinary Showcase at the 27th Annual Beaujolais & Beyond, taking place on Thursday, November 20, 2025, at ReelWorks Denver.

Now in its 27th year, Beaujolais & Beyond is Denver’s signature French food and wine celebration, uniting more than 650 guests—including business leaders, chefs, and culture enthusiasts—for an evening of gourmet tastings, live entertainment, and community. The annual event honors the release of the Beaujolais Nouveau while supporting RMFACC’s mission to strengthen French-American business and cultural exchange across the Rocky Mountain region.

La Belle French Bakery has become one of Colorado’s most beloved destinations for authentic French pastry. Founded by Chef Julien Renaut, a French native who moved to the U.S. to pursue his passion for pastry, La Belle began as a wholesale bakery before expanding into retail in 2020 with thriving storefronts in Thornton and Broomfield. The bakery is known for its focus on craftsmanship, premium ingredients—especially its use of butter—and its ability to blend French tradition with a touch of innovation.

At Beaujolais & Beyond 2025, Chef Julien Renaut will showcase his signature laminated dough pastries, including croissant, pain suisse, and almond croissant, each a celebration of authentic French technique and quality ingredients.
