Denver, CO (10/29/25) — The French American Chamber of Commerce – Rocky Mountain Chapter (RMFACC) is delighted to announce that Stargazer Fine Chocolates, a family-owned artisan chocolate company based in Denver, will be featured in this year’s Culinary Competition at the 27th Annual Beaujolais & Beyond, taking place on Thursday, November 20, 2025, at ReelWorks Denver.
Stargazer Fine Chocolates specializes in European-style artisan truffles made from fair trade, certified, non-GMO chocolate sourced from a fourth-generation supplier.
Every creation is handcrafted by Karen and the family in their Denver shop, where guests can also enjoy coffee, tea, seasonal treats, and the company’s popular hot chocolate mix. The family business offers everything from custom chocolate bars for organizations to fruit- and nut-filled barks, holiday confections, and elegant hand-dipped specialties.
At the helm of Stargazer’s kitchen is Master Chocolatier Karen Ziegler, who brings artistry, precision, and deep passion to her craft. Karen trained under a European chocolatier before earning her Master Chocolatier designation from Ecole Chocolat, blending technique with creativity in every piece she designs.
Guests at Beaujolais & Beyond 2025 will have the opportunity to sample Stargazer Fine Chocolates’ creme brulee truffle and cast their vote in the People’s Choice category during the Culinary Competition.
Tickets and sponsorships for Beaujolais & Beyond 2025 are available now at www.rmfacc.org/beaujolais-beyond
